- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may incur a cancellation fee. Specific policies may apply for group bookings, special offers, or holiday periods.

2. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in Time: Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be possible upon request and subject to availability.
- Check-out Time: Our check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Late check-outs are available based on availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Behavior & Conduct
- Guest Behavior: Guests are expected to maintain appropriate behavior during their stay. Any behavior that disrupts the peace and comfort of other guests or violates local laws may result in immediate termination of the stay, with no refund.
- Smoking & Pets: Our guest house is a smoke-free and pet-free property, except in designated outdoor areas. Please respect these guidelines during your stay.
4. Liability
- Personal Belongings: Sagar Darshan Guest House is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables.
- Force Majeure: Sagar Darshan Guest House will not be held liable for any disruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure circumstances.
5. Modifications to Terms
